too harsh

apparently i'm too harsh on myself. i guess i am but i am also not clear on what that means. a very dear friend of mine has told me that over the weekend and it's a challenge for me to see where having healthy, high standards for oneself end and unhealthy, perfectionism starts. hmm. maybe she's right, or maybe not.
